Order Delivery
Electronic Order
Soft copies of translation (files in formats *.doc, *.pdf etc.) may be received by clients:
via electronic means of communication (electronic mail, downloading on the customer’s ftp-server or via any sharing service);
onto their USB memory sticks in our office.
Hard Copy Order
Hard copies of translation (e.g., translation of personal documents, handed to the customer as signed and sealed hard copies) are delivered by:
Azbuka translation agency courier service (upon agreement with the manager);
Russian Postal Service or EMS;
One of the international express mail companies (DHL, TNT etc.).
Your delivery preferences should be discussed with the account manager. We will try and deliver the order in the most convenient way on case by case basis.
Order Payment
You may pay for the services provided by Azbuka translation agency in one of the following ways:
cash settlement in the translation agency office;
wire transfer (upon agreement with the manager);
electronic payment systems: WebMoney, Яндекс.Деньги;
money transfer in the systems of Golden Crown, Contact, Anelik, Western Union etc.
